1. All products sold as new by Cabin Crew Motorcycles will be unused by any other private individual prior to sale.
2. All products sold as new by Cabin Crew Motorcycles will be inspected by competent personnel prior to release
to ensure roadworthy and complete new condition.
3. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will take responsibility for repairs of any parts that fail due to manufacturing faults during
the first twelve months immediately after the sale date. So long as the product has been serviced according to the
service schedule supplied, by a competent person and the service record of work carried out is kept.
4. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will not be responsible for the repair of damage caused by misuse or accident.
In this case Cabin Crew Motorcycles will undertake repairs and supply of parts at competitive rates.
5. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will carry out service work as instructed by customers and supply the necessary
parts and materials at competitive rates. Cabin Crew Motorcycles reserves the right to adjust its pricing without
notice. No price will be adjusted after work has been agreed and a job price quoted.
6. All deposits taken by Cabin Crew Motorcycles are considered a commitment on the customer’s part to purchase.
Under these circumstances Cabin Crew Motorcycles will carry out preparation work on the product and may
spend money in preparation for the sale.
7. In the circumstance that a customer declines to purchase after paying a deposit, Cabin Crew Motorcycles
reserves the right to retain the deposit in payment for work already undertaken.
8. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will not sell a motorcycle unless in our opinion it is in roadworthy condition and is taxed,
registered and where applicable has a current MOT. No products will be sold in a partly assembled condition or
without adequate testing and preparation for safe use.
9. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will not take responsibility for transport of products to and from our workshop or sales
room as part of any sale or warranty agreement. Transport will be the responsibility of the owner.
10. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will offer to transport products on customers behalf for a reasonable fee, and in this
circumstance will be responsible for any correcting damage that is sustained whilst the product is in our care.
11. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will accept responsibility for correcting any damage that occurs whilst a vehicle is in
our premises and subject to a work order.
12. Cabin Crew Motorcycles will not be responsible for customers vehicles on or about our premises unless they
are subject to a work order.
13. No customers information other than name, phone number, address, machine VIN number, engine
number, and Registration number, amount paid to Cabin Crew Motorcycles, will be held by cabin crew motorcycles
after a transaction is complete.
14. Any personal information financial or otherwise, that is not included in item 13 above; given to
Cabin Crew Motorcycles during our business transaction will be destroyed when the transaction is complete
or sooner if the information is no longer required for that specific transaction.
15. Customer information held by Cabin Crew Motorcycles is held solely for contact and reference in the event of
further transactions and for Cabin Crew Motorcycles’s financial records. No customer information held by
Cabin Crew Motorcycles will be released to any other company or private individual for any reason unless
legally obliged to do so by a court of law
